The electronic medical emergency record
Our homepage provides the application form, which serves for your registration with the IMN. Completing this form constitutes the first step in setting up your electronic medical emergency record. You will only have to fill in your personal data, important contacts for emergency cases, and the contact data of your general practitioner and possible specialists. Your medical data will have to be contributed by your general practitioner or specialist. Once we have received your form, it will be assessed by our medical consultant. If necessary, we will - in cooperation with your practitioner - decide which of your data are most significant for possible medical emergency cases. These data will then be engraved with your emergency tag. As soon as your medical emergency record has been set up, we will provide you with an overview of the received data for your revision.

Keeping your record up-to-date
It is of utmost importance, your record is always kept up-to-date. Therefore, we will annually provide you with your printed medical emergency record for your revision. In case there should be any modifications to be made to your personal or medical data (the latter by your general practitioner or specialist), you can state them and send this information back to White Cross IMN. As soon as your data have been adapted, we will send you another printout for possible subsequent amendments. However, you may always - also during a running participation term - inform us on updates to be made.
